Our Story

At MPACT Wellness, we believe that everyone has the potential to achieve optimal wellness. Our approach is centered on empowering our clients to take control of their health and well-being, by providing them with the tools and guidance they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes. We believe that wellness is a journey, and we are here to support and guide our clients every step of the way.


Our story began with a passion for wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Our founder, Janelle, struggled with her own health issues and found that conventional practices were not providing her with the results she needed, and an overall wellbeing. As a former athlete, she always had the exercise part down, but it was everything else that she was lacking.

 

This led her on a journey of discovery, exploring alternative approaches to health and wellness. Already providing personal training services, she decided to expand her services to wellness, thus MPACT Wellness was born.


We believe that the path to wellness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That's why we take a personalized approach, working with each client to understand their unique needs and goals. Our process is centered on building a strong relationship with each client, empowering them to take ownership of their health and well-being. We provide guidance and support every step of the way, helping our clients to make sustainable changes that will lead to long-term wellness.

We start with an initial consultation, where we work with each client to identify their unique needs and goals. From there, we create a personalized wellness plan, tailored to each client's specific needs. Our approach is holistic, taking into account each client's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.


We believe that sustainable change is achieved through small, incremental steps. That's why our approach is focused on building healthy habits that can be maintained over the long term. We provide our clients with the support and guidance they need to make these changes, helping them to overcome obstacles and stay motivated. Our goal is to empower our clients to take control of their health and well-being, and to achieve optimal wellness.
